This website is operated by Pro Riders LLC, DBA Ridaz Gotta Ride. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pro Riders LLC, operating Ridazgottaride.com ("Ridaz Gotta Ride"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use our services.

1. Online Store Terms:

• You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use this site.
• You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Resale Prohibition: Products purchased from our website are intended for personal use only and may not be resold, reshipped, or otherwise distributed for commercial purposes without written authorization.

Unauthorized Marketplace Sales: Products purchased from this website may not be listed, sold, or distributed on third-party marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms without the express written consent of Pro Riders LLC. Unauthorized resale may result in refusal of future service, cancellation of orders, and suspension of access to our website or services.

2. General Conditions:

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
• We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

Pricing & Errors: We strive for accuracy in product listings, pricing and information. However, typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed with incorrect pricing or information.

3. Product Information:

• All products are made to order and customized using print-on-demand technology.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors and placement may vary slightly due to printing methods.
• We are not responsible for differences caused by screen display settings.

Intellectual Property Notice: All designs, logos, graphics, product names, trademarks, brand elements, characters, artwork, and other visual or written content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Pro Riders LLC, DBA Ridaz Gotta Ride or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. 

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Pro Riders LLC.

Product Availability: Product styles, designs, materials, and availability may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue or update products without being required to provide notice.

Third-Party Fulfillment: All products are fulfilled, manufactured, and shipped by authorized third-party partners. We are not responsible for delays, inventory shortages, or fulfillment errors caused by these partners. Once an order has shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information:

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

5. Returns & Refunds:

• Because each product is custom made and produced on a print-on-demand basis, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations once an order has been placed.
• Exchanges or store credit may be offered within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition, at our discretion. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges or store credit requests. Please contact us before returning any items, as return instructions may vary depending on the situation.
• We will gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted at no additional cost.  
• To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Please email: info@ridazgottaride.com.

Order Issue Handling: Some product and delivery issues, including misprints, manufacturing defects or shipping damage may be handled through our authorized resolution partner. In such cases, you may be required to communicate directly with customer@trackorder.site to complete the resolution or replacement process.

Digital Products: Digital products, downloadable files, and access based content are non-refundable once delivered or access has been granted.

Gift Cards: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

• Discount codes, promotions and affiliates commissions do not apply to the purchase or redemption of gift cards.
• Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

6. Shipping & Delivery:

• Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Once shipped, delivery times may be affected by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
• We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the carrier has marked an order as “delivered.”

International Orders:

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pro Riders LLC, DBA Ridaz Gotta Ride is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, international carrier handling, import inspections, or other governmental procedures.

7. Marketing Communications:

By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number at checkout, through our website, or by otherwise opting in, you consent to receive marketing emails and recurring automated marketing text messages from Pro Riders LLC, DBA Ridaz Gotta Ride. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email we send, and you may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

8. Rewards Program:

If you participate in our rewards or loyalty program (powered by Smile.io), you agree to the terms of that program, including earning, redeeming, and expiring points. Rewards program rules, benefits, and eligibility are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

9. Affiliate Program:

Pro Riders LLC, DBA Ridaz Gotta Ride, operates a separate Affiliate Program governed by its own Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to application approval and acceptance of the official Pro Riders Affiliate Membership Terms & Conditions, available upon request or through the affiliate dashboard.

Subscription & Membership Terms: Some products or services, including the Pro Riders Affiliate Membership, are sold as recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription membership, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file until canceled. Membership renews automatically on an annual basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

• Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
• You may cancel your membership at anytime through your account portal and cancellation will take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Cancelling a membership will prevent future charges but does not grant refunds or previously billed periods.

10. Limitation of Liability:

• We are not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of our products or services, except as required by law.
• In no case shall Pro Riders LLC, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. The PRO Trainer™ Training Machine Terms & Assumption of Risk:

The PRO Trainer™ is a custom-built training machine designed for physical activity, skill development, balance training, and fitness conditioning. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or injury.

The PRO Trainer™ is intended for training, fitness, and recreational skill development only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, rehabilitation programs, or physical therapy.

Use of the PRO Trainer™ involves inherent physical risks, including the risk of serious injury or, in rare cases, death. By purchasing and using the PRO Trainer™, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with its use.

You are solely responsible for proper setup, safe operation, and appropriate use of the PRO Trainer™ in accordance with all provided instructions and safety guidelines. Users are responsible for ensuring that anyone operating or using the PRO Trainer™ has the appropriate skill level, supervision, and protective equipment required for safe participation in skateboarding or balance training activities.

You agree to consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or training program, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.

Pro Riders LLC, DBA Ridaz Gotta Ride shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, medical conditions, property damage, delays, losses, or claims arising from the use, misuse, improper setup, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow instructions related to the PRO Trainer™.

- Pre-Order & Production Acknowledgment:

The PRO Trainer™ may be sold as a pre-order product with estimated manufacturing and shipping timelines provided at the time of purchase. You acknowledge that production schedules and delivery dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics factors beyond our control.

All PRO Trainer™ sales are final as outlined in our Refund Policy.

By purchasing and using the PRO Trainer™, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Pro Riders LLC, DBA Ridaz Gotta Ride from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal actions related to the product.

Freight Delivery Notice:

Due to the size and weight of The PRO Trainer™, delivery may be completed through a freight carrier and may require scheduled delivery, curbside drop-off, or customer availability at the time of delivery. Additional services such as liftgate delivery, remote area delivery, or special handling may incur additional fees depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space, access, and the ability to receive freight deliveries at the delivery location prior to placing an order.

12. User Generated Content: 

By tagging, submitting, posting, or otherwise sharing photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, or other content featuring our products or brand on social media, through our website, or through marketing communications, you grant Pro Riders LLC, DBA Ridaz Gotta Ride a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, and distribute such content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.

This may include use on our website, social media platforms, advertisements, email marketing, and other promotional materials.

You represent that you own or have permission to share any content submitted and that its use by Pro Riders LLC will not violate the rights of any third party.

13. Dispute Resolution:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute or claim relating to your use of our site or services will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. This does not apply to claims that may be pursued in small claims court. By using this site, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
