This Pre-Order Policy applies to select products offered by Pro Riders LLC, DBA Ridaz Gotta Ride (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including but not limited to The PRO Trainer™ training machines and any future made-to-order, limited-run, or custom manufactured products.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below.

All pre-orders for The PRO Trainer™ and The PRO Trainers™ are final sale and non-refundable once placed, except as expressly stated in the Warranty Policy.

What Is a Pre-Order:

A pre-order reserves a product prior to general availability. Pre-order items are custom built, manufactured, or produced after your order is placed and are not held as ready-to-ship inventory.

Payment & Production:

- Full payment is collected at checkout unless otherwise stated

- Production begins after payment is confirmed

- Orders are fulfilled in the order received

Placing a pre-order constitutes acceptance of this policy and our Terms of Service.

Estimated Timelines:

Estimated production and shipping timelines may be provided on the product page. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

- Manufacturing schedules

- Material availability

- Supply chain disruptions

- Carrier delays

- Weather or labor conditions

The Company is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.

Changes & Delays:

We reserve the right to modify production schedules, ship dates, or manufacturing timelines to ensure product quality and operational sustainability.

Significant delays may be communicated when available but are not guaranteed.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Because pre-order items are custom manufactured or made specifically per order:

- Orders may not be canceled once production has begun

- Refunds may be denied after materials or labor are committed

Cancellation requests prior to production are reviewed at our discretion.

Final Sale Items:

Some pre-orders may be designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once placed.

Partial Shipments:

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately at no additional cost unless otherwise stated.

Product Variations:

Final products may vary slightly in appearance, materials, or packaging due to manufacturing processes or improvements. Such variations are not considered defects.

Risk Acknowledgment:

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

- Production involves inherent delays and risks

- Delivery dates are estimates only

- Manufacturing timelines may shift

You agree not to hold the Company liable for reasonable delays.

Warranty coverage for pre-order equipment begins upon delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery in accordance with the Warranty Policy.
