Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Each item in our store is made to order and customized with our designs. Because our products are created individually for you, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Final sale equipment, including The PRO Trainer™ and The PRO Trainers™, is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges except as expressly stated in the Warranty Policy.
Exchanges & Store Credit:
While we do not offer refunds, we may offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Please contact us before sending any items back, as return instructions may vary depending on the situation.
- For international exchanges or returns approved for store credit, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any applicable customs or import fees associated with the return shipment.
Exceptions to Our Policy:
We will gladly replace an item at no cost if:
• The product arrives damaged.
• There is a manufacturing defect.
• There is a printing error or mistake on our part.

After your order is delivered, you’ll also receive a follow-up email from our order tracking system (sent from): customer@trackorder.site
This message allows you to confirm delivery and report any product concerns directly. Please be on the look out for that email. Responding to that email helps us process replacements or reprints faster.
Order Mistakes & Sizing:
Please double-check your order details, sizes, and shipping address before completing your purchase. Since each product is made on demand, we cannot issue refunds for ordering the wrong size, style, or color. However, size exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion. Items showing signs of wear, damage, odors, or pet hair will not not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet return conditions will be rejected and returned to the sender at the customers expense or discarded.
Shipping Delays:
Once shipped, delivery times are out of our control.
We cannot offer refunds for carrier delays, customs holds, or packages marked “delivered.”
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
- Shipping costs for international orders are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
The PRO Trainer™ and The PRO Trainers™ Policy:
The PRO Trainer™ and The PRO Trainers™ are custom-built training machines and specialized equipment products. Due to their size, manufacturing process, and made-to-order nature, all PRO Trainer purchases are final sale.
For orders shipped outside of the United States, freight charges, international shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Because each PRO Trainer is built to order and prepared specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Pre-Order Terms:
The PRO Trainer™ is sold as a pre-order item with estimated production and shipping timelines provided at the time of purchase. Timelines may shift due to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics factors beyond our control.
*All pre-orders for The PRO Trainer™ and The PRO Trainers™ are non-refundable once placed.
Damage or Defect Resolution:
If your PRO Trainer™ or The PRO Trainers™ equipment arrives with verified manufacturing defects, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
If damage occurred during shipping, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
We do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper setup, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow provided instructions.
No Returns for Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind, incorrect orders, or misunderstanding of product features after purchase.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
By purchasing The PRO Trainer™, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for production timelines, delivery delays, or dissatisfaction unrelated to verified product defects.
