The PRO Trainer™ Limited Warranty

Pro Riders LLC (“Company”) stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of The PRO Trainer™ and The PRO Trainers™ equipment. This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions, subject to the terms below. 

Warranty Coverage Periods: 

1. Structural Frame 

- Covered for two (2) years from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. 

2. Mechanical and Moving Parts 

- Including but not limited to springs, bearings, cables, pulleys, and hardware, covered for one (1) year from the date of delivery. 

(Future electronic components, if applicable, may carry a separate limited warranty period.) 

What This Warranty Covers: 

- Manufacturing defects

- Part failure under normal residential use

- Defects in materials or workmanship 

If a covered issue occurs, Pro Riders LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. Replacement parts may be shipped to the customer for self-installation or installed by a local technician at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated. 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover: 

- Normal wear and tear

 - Cosmetic damage

- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents

- Improper installation or maintenance

- Unauthorized modifications or repairs

- Use for purposes other than intended

- Commercial or institutional use unless specifically approved in writing 

Final Sale Policy for The PRO Trainer™ and The PRO Trainers™:

Due to the custom-built and heavy equipment nature of The PRO Trainer™ and The PRO Trainers™, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects covered under this Limited Warranty. 

Shipping Damage: 

Any shipping damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with clear photo documentation. Failure to report within this time frame may void eligibility for replacement.

Include order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the defect. 

Limitations of Liability:

This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided for The PRO Trainer™ and The PRO Trainers™ equipment. No other express or implied warranties apply beyond what is stated here. Pro Riders LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of use of equipment. 

Warranty Period Begins: 

Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery to the original purchaser. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable.
