What Is Not Covered:

- Normal wear and tear from regular use.

- Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or failure to follow instructions.

- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

- Damage caused by accidents, impact, or environmental conditions 

- Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality.

Individual results may vary. No specific performance, fitness, training, or rehabilitation outcomes are guaranteed through the use of The PRO Trainer™ or The PRO Trainers™.

Limitation of Remedies:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Riders LLC, DBA Ridaz Gotta Ride shall not be responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use The PRO Trainer™ and The PRO Trainers™ or any products sold on this website. 

Any replacement or remedy offered at the Company’s discretion shall be limited to the product or replacement parts only and does not include labor, shipping, installation, or related costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
