Shipping policy

Order Processing:

- All items are made to order and begin production once your order is placed.
- Production time is typically 2–7 business days before shipment.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Rates:

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g., free shipping promotions).
- Rates are based on the print provider’s fees, destination, and shipping method.
- Some items in your order may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times:

- United States: 3–8 business days after fulfillment.
- Canada: 5-12 business days after fulfillment.
- International: 7-18 business days after fulfillment depending on destination.

Please note: These are estimated times. Actual delivery may vary depending on location, seasonal demand, and carrier performance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the package reaches your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or cover these fees.

Shipping Delays:

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
- Customs processing times
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

- If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.

Multiple Shipments:

Because our products are made-to-order and may come from different print providers, your order may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

 

The PRO Trainer™ Machine Shipping:

The PRO Trainer™ is a custom-built training machine and may require specialized handling, freight shipping, or alternative delivery methods depending on size, weight, and destination.

Estimated shipping timelines provided at checkout or on the product page are approximations and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, carrier availability, freight coordination, and logistics factors outside our control.

Delivery for large equipment may require curbside delivery, scheduled appointments, or customer availability. Additional access requirements, lift gate services, or special handling may incur extra fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

Pro Riders LLC, DBA Ridaz Gotta Ride is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, manufacturing schedules, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or delivery access limitations.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY:

Some products, including The PRO Trainer™, may be offered as pre-order items.

When purchasing a pre-order product:

- You acknowledge that the item is not currently in stock and will be manufactured or fulfilled at a future date

- Estimated ship dates are provided for reference only and may change

- Production and shipping timelines are not guaranteed

Pre-orders are processed immediately at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delays related to manufacturing, materials, logistics, or freight carriers do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refunds, or chargebacks beyond what is outlined in our Refund Policy.
