Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made-to-order with custom designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. After your order is delivered, you will also receive a follow-up email from our order tracking system (sent from): customer@trackorder.site.

How long does shipping take?

Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by U.S shipping of 3–8 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because all items are made to order, we are not able to cancel or modify an order once it has gone into production. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered by the carrier.
