Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping times that vary by destination.

Because our products are made to order with custom designs, we do not accept refunds once an order has been placed. However, exchanges or store credit may be offered within 14 days of delivery, at our discretion.
We will gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
After your order is delivered, you will receive a follow-up email from our order tracking system (sent from: customer@trackorder.site) to confirm delivery and report any product concerns.

Because all items are made to order, we are not able to cancel or modify an order once it has gone into production. Please double check your details before completing your purchase.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through Shopify Payments.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered by the carrier.
We will gladly replace an item at no cost if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- There is a printing error or mistake on our part.
