Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made-to-order with custom designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help. See our full Return & Refund Policy on our website.

How long does shipping take?

Production usually takes 2–7 business days. After that: - U.S. orders: 3–8 business days - International orders: 7–20 business days (varies by country and customs) See our full Shipping Policy on our website.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because all items are made to order, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has gone into production. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered by the carrier.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through Shopify Payments.
